Online Registration:: Chhayapath Calcutta: Applicants

Rules & Regulations for online application.
1) Submission of this application form does not confirm your admission.
2) After submission of the form, a registration no. along with the filled in application form will be generated.
3) Please bring the filled in printed application form along with the following details:
- Photocopy of your educational certificate.
- Course fees (One time payment) of Rs. 12000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Only) in cash or by NEFT(Online Account Transfer).
4) As we have a very limited no. of seats, and our admission will be strictly on first come first serve basis, please submit your application form along with the documents mentioned hereinabove as early as possible at Chhayapath Calcutta, SJ HALL, B/19-A/H/3 PRATAPADITYA ROAD, KOLKATA - 700026 (localtion) on every
Thursday from 14.12.2024, between 18.30 hrs to 20.30 hrs before the seats get filled up.

6) If you are not able to do the online registration, please download the application form, fill it up, affix your photograph on it and follow the instructions as indicated in item no. 3 to 5 above.
